NEW YORK – Tremor Video, (NYSE:TRMR), an advertising technology company elevating brand performance across all screens for the world’s leading brands and publishers, announced it has partnered with leading programmatic demand partners to provide our advertiser clients with new ways to access premium content and audiences, while offering publishers with additional purchasing interest in their video inventory. These partners include Google DoubleClick Bid Manager, Rocket Fuel, TubeMogul, Turn, Videology, IgnitionOne, and DataXu.

“We are delighted to partner with these companies, which work with leading advertisers looking to engage audiences on premium web destinations. We’re also excited to bring this additional demand to our publishing partners as they look to increase their yield,” said Greg Smith, Vice President, Programmatic. “We are focused on providing our publishers with the strongest demand and enabling our agency and trading desk partners to programmatically buy our video inventory.”

With eMarketer’s accelerating estimates on the shift towards digital video – with estimates for the 2016 US video spend increasing for the second time since December – Tremor Video continues to deepen its relationships with publishers while at the same time extend these relationships to encompass all of our programmatic solutions.

Demand from these partnerships has been integrated into Tremor Video’s patented technology, VideoHub®, which allows the completion of any transaction between an advertiser and a publisher. In addition to providing open exchange real-time bidding (RTB) capabilities as governed by the IAB’s Open RTB Spec 2.2, these partners will have access to select Tremor Video inventory through private marketplaces in the U.S., U.K. and Canada.

“Programmatic is driving new ways advertisers can access the content where their target audiences are engaging,” said Mark Balabanian, VP Business & Corporate Development, at Turn. “Integrating Tremor Video into the Turn Platform expands Turn’s partner ecosystem with additional inventory for brands to reach consumers across their connected devices.”

“As a buy-side software that streamlines the buying of video ads across screens, TubeMogul strives to connect with every transparent inventory source,” said Keith Eadie Chief Marketing Officer at TubeMogul. “We are pleased to offer clients of our software the option to buy Tremor Video’s open and private exchange inventory.”
