Quantcast Adds Role of President to Executive Leadership Team with Promotion of Stephen R. Collins

Leadership Appointments Underscore Company’s Continued Success

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Quantcast, a global leader in applying the power of Big Data to digital and mobile advertising, today announced the promotion of Stephen R. Collins to President and CFO of the Company, reporting to Konrad Feldman, CEO and co-founder.

Collins served on the leadership team as Quantcast’s CFO for the past nine months and, prior to joining full-time, was a strategic and operational advisor to the Company. In his new role as President, Collins will be responsible for leading global sales, marketing, operations and finance. Working in partnership with the Company’s other functional leaders, Collins’ primary charter is to ensure that Quantcast achieves its business objectives for growth and profitability by delivering outstanding value to its clients and to build a world class operation. Before joining Quantcast, Collins was CEO and Director of e-commerce SaaS provider Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV) and served as CFO and CIO of Doubleclick.

This news follows the recent promotion of Phil Macauley to Global Vice President of Sales from his prior duties as Managing Director of EMEA. Sandra McDevitt was recently appointed as Vice President of People & Places joining the Company from Google. Paul Curtis, previously Vice President of Commercial Strategy at NBCUniversal, joined in the newly created role of Director of Agency Group Partnerships.
