Brand Assets and Guidelines

Our name

Our website’s name is “Ad Tech Daily”, spelled with a capital “A”, “T” and “D”. You can refer to us as “Ad Tech Daily” or “adtechdaily.com”, whichever version you prefer or makes sense for your particular use.

Our logo

Along with the name, the logo is one of our most important brand elements. Please download one or more of the following approved logo versions whenever you need to include us in your website, presentation, marketing and advertising materials, press quotes and mentions etc.

Resizing our logos to fit your specific use is fine; changing colors, proportions, content elements etc. is not.

You may use the Ad Tech Daily brand assets as long as the rules below are respected. If in doubt, please ask us. Ad Tech Daily brand assets can be used for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to academic research. You can also use our brand assets for your “press coverage” / “in the news” etc. section of your company site or any other documents in which you mention that your company / product was covered by Ad Tech Daily. For any other types of commercial uses, please request permission. We reserve the right to require that you stop using our brand assets if your use falls outside these rules or the scope of previous permissions extended to you.

Don’t imply a non-existent association: do not use our brand assets in any manner that may suggest any type of association / affiliation / partnership / sponsorship / endorsement that was not previously authorized by us. Whenever adequate, you may include a disclaimer such as “Ad Tech Daily is not associated with, nor does it endorse or sponsor this website.”

Association with questionable content: do not use our brand assets in relation to any content associated with illegal activities, pornography, gambling, firearms. Once again, if in doubt, please do ask.

Don’t combine our name with yours: you may not, in any circumstance, combine our name (“Ad Tech Daily”, “adtechdaily.com”) with your name, product, service. Similarly, do not use our name as part of your website’s title.

No confusing use: you must not attempt to obtain ownership rights related to our brand assets, or any confusingly similar approximation, whether by trademark registration, domain name registration, or otherwise.

Use our brand assets civilly: with the exception of fair use cases, don’t use our brand assets in a way that disparages Ad Tech Daily, or in a way that is deceptive, harmful, obscene, unfair, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Observe and comply with our T&Cs: any use of our brand assets must also be in accordance with our general terms & conditions.
