The “Clickable Gurus” community outreach program was recognized as the best word-of-mouth program fostering deeper relationships between brand and customer. The winners were announced November 20 at a special ceremony during WOMMA’s 2009 Summit, held in Las Vegas.

The winners were announced on November 6 at the annual SNCR Research Symposium & Awards Gala, held at the Harvard Faculty Club in Cambridge, Mass. SNCR is a global nonprofit research and education foundation and think tank focused on the latest developments in new media and communications. The Society’s awards program honors pioneering use of social media, mobile, online communities, and collaborative technologies. Other winners include Novartis, Intel, PBS and HP.

The Clickable Gurus have become central to Clickable’s community and customer engagement strategy.
