NEW YORK – ContextWeb, Inc., which runs the ADSDAQ Ad Exchange, the largest independent ad exchange, announced that Jay Sears, General Manager of ContextWeb’s ADSDAQ Exchange, has been elected as the new co-chair of the IAB’s Networks & Exchanges Committee. He will serve as co-chair with David Moore, the founder and chairman of 24/7 Real Media.

Our industry has benefited greatly from his dedication during the past year and a half. I look forward to serving alongside him as co-chair of the IAB’s Networks & Exchanges Committee.”

“Jay Sears knows how to build consensus, and his commitment to the IAB’s working group, and the insights he brought, made him an excellent choice to co-chair the committee,” said Sherrill Mane, IAB’s Senior VP of Industry Services. “He and David will do a wonderful job leading this industry to the next level.”
