Mojiva Adds Three to its Board of Directors, Including Mike Perlis

Vision and Experience Added to Management Team of the Leading Mobile Advertising Technology Company

NEW YORK – Mojiva Inc., parent company to the Mojiva mobile ad network and Mocean Mobile, a mobile ad serving platform, today announced the addition of three new members to its Board: Mike Perlis, President and CEO of Forbes Media, Mike LaSalle and Will Wynperle, partners at Shamrock Capital Advisors.

Mike Perlis is a respected media veteran, bringing more than 25 years of experience from a wide range of global content and multimedia brands; he has been a regular advisor to Mojiva. As an Investor with Softbank Capital, his board experience included Huffington Post (sold to AOL), Associate Content (sold to Yahoo!) and GSI Commerce (sold to eBay). Mike LaSalle brings over 10 years of media, entertainment, and communications investment experience. He currently serves as a director of INgrooves, Media Storm, and Harlem Globetrotters International. Will Wynperle brings over 13 years of media, entertainment, and communications investment experience and also serves on the boards of K2 Towers and Media Storm.
