Interactive Marketing Legal Expert Nadine Stocklin Joins PubMatic as General Counsel

NEW YORK – PubMatic (http://www.PubMatic.com), the digital media platform company for publishers, announced that Nadine Stocklin has joined the company as general counsel. Stocklin brings a decade of legal experience with interactive media and marketing companies to her new role. As general counsel, Stocklin will be responsible for leadership and oversight of the company’s legal affairs including contracts, acquisitions, licensing agreements, business partnerships and privacy-related matters.

Most recently, Stocklin was associate general counsel at QuinStreet, a publicly traded online marketing and media company, where she managed the legal affairs of the company, including preparing the company for its initial public offering, negotiating and closing acquisitions and supporting international expansion. Before QuinStreet, Stocklin worked at IAC Search and Media where she supported the Ask.com and Evite.com divisions. Prior to IAC, Nadine worked as a corporate associate at Skadden Arps Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP and Affiliates in Palo Alto, where she advised high-growth media and technology companies.

While she has worked on four continents in her career, Stocklin resides in the Bay Area and is based in PubMatic’s Silicon Valley headquarters. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, she received her JD from UCLA.
