Aggregate Knowledge Strengthens Management Team With Vice Presidents of Finance, Product and Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships and Operations

Industry Veterans Bring Strong Track Records and Operational Leadership to Help Drive Growth, Strategic Planning, and Excellence at Aggregate Knowledge

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Aggregate Knowledge (AK), a leading measurement and analytics company that connects data and media across all digital channels on a single platform, today announced three industry veterans who will complement its strong executive team. John Pacholski joins as the company’s VP of Finance, Yosha Ulrich-Sturmat fills the position of VP of Product and Marketing, and Kristina Cook takes on the newly created position of VP of Strategic Partnerships and Operations.

“The industry is heating up and we’re getting inundated with requests to help marketers drive increased ROI, value, and sales,” said David Jakubowski, Aggregate Knowledge CEO. “These three experienced and accomplished executives are a great addition to the team and will enable us to proactively meet demand, drive our growth and execution plans, and help us build a world-class company.”

Pacholski, a former Webtrends and Intuit senior executive with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, will lead AK’s Finance team and help with the company’s strategic planning. Most recently, he served as the VP of Finance for the social gaming company Playdom, which was acquired by Disney for $563 million. Previous to that, Pacholski helped guide ClickShift, a SEM optimization software company, to a successful acquisition by Webtrends. During his tenure as Controller for Intuit, he managed the Finance organization through growth in revenues from $18 million to over $500 million.

Ulrich-Sturmat, a former Microsoft executive, fills the position of Vice President, Product and Marketing. Previously, as the Director of Online Services at Microsoft, he was involved in many of Microsoft’s key online advertising efforts. He closed some of Microsoft’s first advertising syndication deals and led the team responsible for managing Microsoft’s initial advertising syndication partnerships such as Facebook, Viacom, CNBC, WSJ and Lenovo. He also spearheaded the online advertising monetization strategy for the MSN U.S. Homepage and Local Edition.

Cook, a former Head of Strategic Partnerships at Yahoo!, will take on the role of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Operations, where her main focus is to actively manage key relationships that grow both AK’s client base and integrated offering. Prior to AK, Cook managed Yahoo!’s end-to-end partner relationships for Facebook, Twitter, Comcast, Match.com, and others, encompassing both day-to-day operational and P&L responsibilities. These partnerships were a significant portion of Yahoo’s core products and services and represented 10MM’s of users and $100MM’s of dollars in revenue and billions of ad impressions for Yahoo!.

“We are thrilled to have John, Yosha, and Kristy as part of our leadership team,” said Jakubowski. “Their significant experience will enhance not only AK’s management team, but also our partner and product focus enabling customers to solve the problem of siloed data, bring visibility and transparency to their marketing spend, and make active decisions that will grow their addressable markets.”
