Yoav Arnstein joins as General Manager of LiveRail’s EMEA operations, and will be based out of the new London office. Yoav will lead LiveRail’s operations in Europe, spearheading a local team to manage growing business opportunities in the region and service existing European and multinational customers that include Perform Group and CBS, among others.

Yoav brings more than 15 years of broad industry knowledge, operations, sales and service experience to LiveRail. Most recently, he was CEO at Legolas Media, where he led the company’s value positioning in the marketplace and its revenue operations. His industry experience also includes leadership positions at Eyeblaster, where he served as GM North America and GM International, developing and managing sales and service organizations for the company.

“The market for high-quality programmatic video solutions in the EU market is very strong as spending on online video ads in the UK rises from a projected $273 million in 2012 to $1.37 billion in 2016, according to eMarketer estimates,” said Yoav Arnstein, General Manager, LiveRail EMEA. “To date, LiveRail has fostered solid relationships with a number of premium publishers and my team and I are looking forward to building upon its track record here in London and throughout Europe.”

“While LiveRail has been doing business in Europe since inception, it became clear that a stronger local presence would allow us to better serve our clients and continue to fuel our growth,” said Mark Trefgarne, Co-Founder and CEO, LiveRail. “Hiring someone of Yoav’s caliber, coupled with the team of industry experts that he is assembling at our new London office, demonstrates our commitment to providing our clients with on-the-ground support and superior access to video monetization opportunities.

“We’ve seen the growth of video in Europe first-hand having delivered billions of streams in that region last year” Said Ronan McCarthy, Worldwide Head of Advertising Operations at digital sports media business PERFORM. “We expect to see more video content coming online in 2013 as network infrastructures and devices improve, meaning video publishers will need a holistic platform solution like LiveRail for their ad serving and yield monetization needs.”
