NDN Appoints Tribune Broadcasting Veteran Jason Jedlinski as Senior Vice President of Marketplace Development

Jedlinski’s Digital Operational Skills To Expand NDN’s Leadership Team

ATLANTA – NDN, the Digital Media Exchange changing the way the world consumes content, today announced Jason Jedlinski as its new Senior Vice President of Marketplace Development. Reporting to COO Eric Orme, Jedlinski will utilize his strong experience from Tribune Broadcasting to manage NDN’s publisher, content, product management and business development functions.

“At Tribune, I saw first-hand how NDN’s disruptive business model provides the revenue, content and technology solutions that media companies need,” said Jedlinski. “I’m thrilled to join NDN and expand its partner relationships: helping content creators and distributors remain profitable and relevant in an increasingly-fragmented digital universe. I look forward to helping NDN build more innovative solutions that equip publishers with the knowledge, tools and revenue to sustain and support digital businesses.”

NDN provides premium video content to over 4,500 publisher partners across news, finance, travel, entertainment and sports content. Its technology delivers publishers a fully monetized solution and premium brand-safe content to drive engagement and generate significant revenue – all at no cost to partners. In addition to cultivating profitable relationships with the world’s largest media companies, NDN works closely with renowned content creators to deliver greater audience exposure and brand extension through a streamlined distribution process.

“As NDN continues to grow as an innovative and profitable solution for today’s leading online media properties, Jason is a terrific asset to add to our company leadership,” said Greg Peters, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NDN. “His experience working within a leading broadcast company offers the ideal skills and background to expand our partner relations at a time of great momentum and expansion for NDN.

Jedlinski was previously Vice President of Digital Operations at Tribune Broadcasting, where he transformed the business model, editorial culture and technical platform for nearly two dozen local stations and managed multiple web, mobile and social products. Jedlinski led Tribune Broadcasting to become the first television group to launch a mobile-first, responsive web design for its stations, driving strong consumer engagement and improving cross-platform content sharing.

NDN’s Digital Media Exchange is the foundation for the video syndication and licensing business that Jedlinski built at Tribune Broadcasting last year. Jedlinski previously managed Tribune Company’s proprietary content management system, which still powers major digital properties like latimes.com. In his new position at NDN, Jedlinski will apply his substantial expertise and focus to grow revenue, optimize content distribution and create effective solutions for partners.
