Debra Raine Joins Horn Group as Principal

Leading Digital Communications Agency Adds Top Executive for West Coast and International Growth

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Horn Group, Inc., a leading independent digital communications agency, announced that Debra Raine has joined the firm as Principal, based out of its San Francisco office. In her new role, she will be responsible for all West Coast office operations as well as International business.

Raine has a long proven track record of agency leadership and delivering award winning global PR campaigns. Most recently she was Principal with BondPR Worldwide, which she joined in 2010 following the acquisition of Rainemakers, the PR firm she founded in 2008.  Previously Raine has held executive roles at global PR agencies including: Head of West Coast, Waggener Edstrom; Executive VicePresident Bay Area, Weber Shandwick; Executive Vice President, Porter Novelli; Head of Asia Pacific, Porter Novelli Convergence Group, and Vice President of Europe, Ogilvy PR.

Raine brings immediate growth from existing clients, which will be merged into Horn. She will be responsible for overseeing all operations, client service and development on the West Coast as well as expanding the firm’s business in the enterprise/cloud, digital media, and consumer/internet sectors. Raine will also manage and further develop the agency’s international business endeavors including the Oriella PR Network, which HORN co-founded with partner Brands2Life in 2006.  She will report to Sabrina Horn, President and CEO.
