Industry veteran to deploy cross platform expertise on key accounts
LONDON – Xaxis, the world’s largest programmatic media and technology platform, announced the appointment of Damien Hodge as Director of Client and Agency Development at Xaxis UK. Hodge joins Xaxis from its GroupM agency partner, MediaCom.

Prior to joining Xaxis, Hodge was Joint Head Of Marketplace at MediaCom, where he created and led a department tasked with joining up buying across all media through best-in-class digital integration. A MediaCom veteran of 12 years, Hodge had previously held positions including Head Of Digital for MediaCom Investment and Head of Digital Trading. He began his career at MediaCom as a TV buyer, rising to TV Associate director, responsible for clients including VW Group, Subway, Boots and RBS Retail.
