Evaluation of sell-side platforms and exchanges cites PubMatic among “most significant providers in the category”

New York, NY — PubMatic has been cited among the “most significant providers in the category” in a 65-criteria Forrester Research, Inc. report released today titled “The Forrester WaveTM: Sell-Side Platforms And Exchanges For Publishers, Q2 2014.” PubMatic received the highest scores among all reviewed vendors in the Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence categories. PubMatic believes that the report, focused on the needs of publishers and marketing leaders, is the most thorough analysis to date of the programmatic advertising category.

The report also noted that PubMatic is among the leaders that offer publishers “the richest combination of sales protocol options, technology, and integrations supported by service.” According to the evaluation, PubMatic “offers the most comprehensive set of integrations with data management platforms and is ahead of the curve on both mobile and video integrations. PubMatic’s ability to facilitate alternative buying scenarios, including private exchange, preferred deals, and programmatic premium, offers publishers the greatest variety of selling options.”
