Radius Helps Fiksu Expand Its Presence in Asia to Meet Demand for Its Intelligent Mobile Advertising Technology

Fiksu Leverages Radius to Manage Rapid Growth in Singapore, Japan and Korea

BRISTOL, England – Radius, which offers software and services that simplify the management and control of international expansion and operations, is helping Fiksu expand its existing operations in Singapore, Japan and Korea. Fiksu is one of the fastest-growing companies in the mobile industry. Last year the company opened its European R&D headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. As Fiksu expands into Asia, where the complexity of launching new entities is well-known, it is working closely with Radius who is providing recurring managed services for Fiksu including payroll, accounting, compliance and HR.

“As the mobile app market matures, brands have much loftier goals to go beyond basic user acquisition, and they want to reach these users wherever they are”

“As the mobile app market matures, brands have much loftier goals to go beyond basic user acquisition, and they want to reach these users wherever they are,” said Mel Jackson, COO of Fiksu. “Earlier this year, we announced partnerships with four of Japan’s largest mobile ad networks, as well as an exclusive marketing partnership with Japanese digital marketing agency IREP, and we’re not stopping there. Thanks to Radius, our global reach will be even more effective.”

As Fiksu grows, it must compete more aggressively for talent in new regions with complex regulations, requirements and customs. In Finland, for example, Radius supports Fiksu’s growth agenda related to engineering, while in Asia Radius is helping the company focus on acquiring and managing the sales and client management talent needed to grow and then serve a rapidly expanding user base there.

“When Fiksu’s CEO and founder Micah Adler accepted his company’s award as one of the Best Places to Work in Massachusetts, he underscored a commitment to maintaining a unique, vibrant culture amid explosive growth,” said John Clancy, president of Radius. “The approach they are taking to international expansion – be aggressive, but build it to last – is impressive, and we’re proud to support them as they continue to take their proven model global.”

In 2012, Fiksu received $10 million in funding to pursue expansion in Europe and Asia, further develop its intelligent mobile advertising technology and pursue partnerships with agencies and brands. Since then, the company has been on a steep growth curve, adding new customers and partners, and expanding to more than 250 employees worldwide. To date, Fiksu has driven 2.7 billion downloads for its clients’ apps, in both iOS and Android and in nearly every category in the app stores.
