Company Also Promotes Two Executives to Lead Auto and CPG Verticals
NEW YORK – Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR), an advertising technology company elevating brand performance across all screens for the world’s leading brands and publishers, announced Jay Baum has joined as Vice President, Agency Business Development. He is based in the New York office and reports to Lauren Wiener, President, Global Sales and Marketing.

In this role, Baum will be responsible for developing deeper relationships with agencies and educating them on the benefits of Tremor Video’s solutions including its all-screen and social targeting capabilities to help drive business results.

Prior to joining Tremor Video, Baum served as an Executive Vice President and Director of National Video at Deutsch since August 2010. Previously, he had been at MediaCom since January 1997, including at the Managing Partner level for over three years. Throughout his career he has worked with many high profile accounts including DIRECTV, Volkswagen, Subway, Audi, Diageo and ConAgra. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Management from St. John’s University.
In addition, Tremor Video also announced the promotions of two executives in key verticals.
Kelly Hollis Brown has been named Vice President, National Automotive Sales. In this expanded role she will oversee the sales teams across the US and Canada as they develop strategic media solutions for automotive clients. Prior to joining Tremor Video she served as an Account Director in media sales at AOL for nearly a decade working with clients such as Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Group, Volkswagen, Audi, Discovery Communications and Charles Schwab. Earlier in her career she also held roles at CondeNet, Mlive.com and DoubleClick, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s in Corporate Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Michigan.
Anthony Flaccavento has been named Vice President, National Consumer Packaged Goods Sales. In this role he will be responsible for managing the CPG sales team as they work with clients to build innovative solutions. Flaccavento most recently served as Tremor Video’s national director of entertainment and spirits sales overseeing the company’s relationships with clients such as Showtime, Diageo, A&E and AMC. Prior to joining Tremor Video in August 2011, he served as publisher for Athlon Sports where he oversaw the magazine’s launch, and led national sales at Maxim and its web property Maxim.com as Associate Publisher and Advertising Director, Integrated Sales. He holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from West Virginia University.
