NEW YORK – Tremor Video, Inc. After a record number of votes, Dodge and its global digital agency SapientNitro have won the People’s Choice Award for their 2015 Dodge Challenger campaign and Miller Lite and agency partners Initiative and DigitasLBi have won the Judge’s Choice Award.

“I’m pleased to announce Dodge Challenger and Miller Lite as this year’s Super Creative Super Ad Challenge winners because both are excellent examples of what can be done with interactive mobile video”

“I’m pleased to announce Dodge Challenger and Miller Lite as this year’s Super Creative Super Ad Challenge winners because both are excellent examples of what can be done with interactive mobile video,” said Les Seifer, Creative Director at Tremor Video. “Thanks to all who participated and helped to make this our most successful Challenge yet.”

The contest, which ran from August through November, challenged marketers to transform their traditional pre-roll video ads into immersive brand experiences that inspire viewers to actively engage with their messages. This year’s contest focused solely on mobile video to allow marketers the ability to test the power of sight, sound, motion and touch, through the interactive capabilities that mobile devices allow.

Working in conjunction with Dodge’s global digital agency SapientNitro, Tremor Video created an online advertising experience for the Dodge Challenger that was fun, engaging, educational and visually stunning. The People’s Choice winner executed a unit that showcased 2015 Challenger assets for Exterior/Interior hot spots, a vehicle colorizer, photo gallery and a vehicle 360. It led off with the :30 Dodge Brothers “Ballroom” spot. After the spot played, users were invited to “Explore Challenger” and it led Rich Media OLA playing the current Dodge Challenger campaign and resolved for users to choose any of the items listed above.

Judge’s Choice winner Miller Lite’s interactive mobile video unit was designed to engage users through a ‘find-the-difference’ game and give them an opportunity to truly interact with the brand. By developing an interactive in-slate game, Initiative and DigitasLBi created a way to invite viewers to learn all about the brew in a completely organic fashion.

“In its first two years, our contest challenged creatives to conceive compelling creative ideas in the most challenging of spaces–online video,” said Ann-Christine Diaz, Editor, Creativity. “But for the third year, we leveled up the game to focus on arguably more difficult terrain–mobile video. Judging from the submissions we received and the winners of this year’s contest, the creative community really delivered.”

Tremor Video’s in-house creative team designed and built the units which ran on Tremor Video’s media network as well as being featured in the contest’s gallery where visitors voted to name Dodge as the People’s Choice Award winner. Additionally, a panel of industry experts from Ad Age/Creativity, The Advertising Club of New York, American Advertising Federation, Association of National Advertisers, Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence, Mobile Leaders Alliance and Mobile Marketing Association, and Tremor Video voted separately to name Miller Lite the Judge’s Choice Winner.

Since the contest launched, hundreds of brands have tested their creative abilities. Winners include Universal McCann for the FIAT brand, Integer and MC Media for Blue Moon Brewing Company, Team Detroit for Ford Mustang, and Olson for Miller Lite.

Each winning entry will receive an out-of-this-world prize package.
