E-Commerce Veteran Oversees Marketing Strategy to Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention

NEW YORK – delivery.com, a leading platform for on-demand e-commerce from local restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores and laundry services, announced today the appointment of Kate McGee as vice president of marketing.  McGee is responsible for overall marketing initiatives for delivery.com and will be based in the New York City headquarters. Her position is effective immediately.

McGee was most recently vice president of marketing at mySupermarket, an independent shopping and price comparison site for groceries, where she was responsible for all marketing activities in the U.S. and U.K.  Prior to that, McGee was director of marketing at Wag.com, a Quidsi/Amazon company, where she was responsible for marketing strategy and multi-channel execution for the pet supplies vertical.  Previously, McGee was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in the consumer/retail investment banking group.

Kate holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in English from Dartmouth College.
