He will be based in Simulmedia’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Arkin joins Simulmedia from YuMe, a multi-platform video advertising company specializing in audience based segmentation, where he was SVP of Programmatic Solutions. Before that, he was CRO for Federated Media (acquired by Lin Media in January 2014); and before that, was President of 33 Across. Earlier in his career, in addition to senior level posts at Real Media and TACODA, (which Dave Morgan, the CEO and Founder of Simulmedia, also ran), Mr. Arkin held key sales management roles at CBS MarketWatch, Dow Jones, AOL and Sojern. He holds a BA in Marketing and Management from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.
