Adbrain Announces New Commercial Headquarters in San Francisco and Appointment of COO/CFO

JOHN GROBSTEIN TO RUN GLOBAL OPERATIONS AT LEADING CROSS-DEVICE SOLUTION PROVIDER

SAN FRANCISCO – Adbrain, a global provider of intelligent cross-device technology solutions, announces the opening of its new commercial hub in San Francisco, CA, as well as the appointment of John Grobstein as COO/CFO.

John will be based in London, where he will be responsible for continuing to build and scale global operations, initially across Adbrain’s three offices in the US and Europe. John will work closely with CEO Gareth Davies, who will now be based in San Francisco, and CCO Paul Turner, to ensure continued strategic and commercial success. He will also oversee Adbrain’s critical Finance, Legal and People functions.

John has most recently worked with entrepreneurs and early stage technology companies as an angel investor and advisor. He brings extensive operational experience to Adbrain from his previous role as principal in, and CFO/COO of, Blueslice Networks Inc. (Montréal, Canada), which was acquired by Tekelec. Prior to Blueslice, John was a VP at AT&T, working as a senior member of a team directly attached to the Chairman’s office, and responsible for strategy across the Corporation.
