Inneractive Closes 2015 with $100M Run Rate

Company Saw Strongest Year to Date Fueled by Triple Digit Growth in RTB, Video Revenue & Record Ad Requests

SAN FRANCISCO, NEW YORK, LONDON, TEL AVIV – Inneractive, an independent global mobile ad exchange focused on powering native and video ads, announced that it broke the $100 million run rate mark towards the end of the year. 2015 was a stellar year for Inneractive as it celebrated a 145% year over year growth fueled by a 178% increase in RTB revenue (accounting for over 50% of the revenue in Q4), 196% increase in video revenue, and a 107% growth in ad requests with Inneractive currently processing over 1.5 million requests per second.

“2015 was an incredible year for both mobile and for Inneractive, as mobile ad spend officially surpassed desktop ad spend,” stated Ziv Elul, CEO. “In a marketplace where ad tech companies are bleeding money and struggling with valuation, Inneractive managed to more than double its revenue, close with a run rate of $100 million and reach profitability, showing the company is built to last.”

Inneractive complimented their growth trajectory by moving into a new headquarters in Tel Aviv, opening two new offices in New York and London, growing to over 80 employees world wide and expanding their services to a total of 179 countries.

According to a recent report from eMarketer, $17.5 billion will be spent to reach individuals on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets this year and video will command a large portion of ad spending allocated to digital: 14.3%, up from 12.8% in 2015. Increases in video consumption and mobile device usage are funneling display ad dollars to the most desired channels and formats.

Inneractive will be at Mobile World Congress in Hall 8.1 Booth K42. Stop by to meet the executive team and pick up some Inneractive themed giveaways.
