Transaction Marketing Platform Now Available to British Brands;
Powerful Way to Find Customers, Boost Engagement and Sales in the Digital World
London – Building on its success in North America and the Asia-Pacific region, ROKT, the transaction marketing company, is extending its presence across four continents with the launch of its UK operations and the opening of a London office, the company announced.
eBay and Ticketmaster are among clients already harnessing the power of the ROKT marketing platform in the UK as the company begins operations here. The team in the UK is led by Jim Haysom, UK Sales Director. Prior to ROKT, Haysom served in sales roles at AutoTrader and eBay UK.
The ROKT transaction marketing platform engages with consumers at the point of transaction, delivering advertisers large volumes of new and highly attractive customers when they are most receptive to relevant marketing messages. With a focus on relevancy and conversions, ROKT produces consumer response rates 100x that of traditional digital advertising.
“I am excited to bring the groundbreaking ROKT transaction marketing platform to UK marketers,” Haysom said. “By using shopping behaviour and consumer insight, ROKT delivers highly-relevant messages to the right consumer, while delivering new revenue opportunities and improved marketing outcomes for partners.”
The UK is the largest e-commerce market in Europe and the third largest in the world. In terms of digital advertising spend, it is also the European leader. According to IAB Europe, the market is valued at £7.2 billion, growing at 14% annually. Further, eMarketer projects the digital ad spend, as a percentage of total media spend, will be more than 50 percent this year.
London joins ROKT operations in New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Singapore.
“ROKT has an enviable track record of securing outstanding talent from across the globe,” said Bruce Buchanan, ROKT’s CEO. “We are thrilled that Jim has joined our team in London. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the digital marketing field. We are excited to unleash our platform on the UK and show how ROKT can deliver.”
