PubMatic Announces New Appointments to Management Team

Industry Veteran Michael Adair Joins as Vice President, Publisher Development and PubMatic Veteran Kyle Dozeman is Appointed Vice President, Advertiser Solutions

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – PubMatic, the automation solutions company for an open digital media industry, announced the appointment of two new members to its management team. Michael Adair, previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Partnerships at Rubicon Project, has joined the company as Vice President of Publisher Development, Americas, responsible for developing new premium publisher relationships, with a particular focus on new mobile partnerships and expanding the adoption of PubMatic’s expanding suite of offerings with existing publishers. In addition, PubMatic is also building out its Advertiser Solutions team with the appointment of Kyle Dozeman as Vice President of Advertiser Solutions, Americas, responsible for leading the company’s buy-side-focused sales, operations and strategy.

Prior to his time at Rubicon Project, Adair cofounded and served as COO at Kazaana, a children’s social media platform and online destination for personal expression and interactive storytelling and served as Head of North America Sales Finance and Operations at Google.

Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Advertiser Solutions, Dozeman held roles in both Platform Sales and Corporate Strategy at PubMatic, where he helped drive and support key initiatives, including the company’s go-to-market strategy, corporate strategy and branding efforts, business development, merger and acquisition activities related to the company’s 2014 acquisition of the mobile ad serving company Mocean Mobile, and international expansion efforts.
