Another Criteo alumnus, Pierre Osdoit, joins TVTY as Head of Marketing to boost the company’s presence in the industry. Formerly Head of Product Roll Out, he held a critical role in maximising global product revenue from 2012 to 2015.

Pauline Boisseau joins TVTY as Head of Sales in France and brings with her more than ten years’ of working in advertising sales. During her career she has worked for prestigious companies such as Marie-Claire, Bauer and Perform Group.

Gregory Gazagne, TVTY board member, said: “Moment marketing is a big challenge for brands. More and more advertisers want to engage with their audience at the right and specific moments throughout the day. Moment planning is at the core of TVTY’s activity as its leading technology allows marketers to synchronise their online advertising with multiple offline moments such as TV ads and programs, weather changes, pollution, sport events, and pollen. I am excited to be joining a dynamic and innovative team as well as helping the company rapidly grow.”

Eliott Reilhac, TVTY CEO, comments on the appointments, “As industry leaders, it’s essential  the best talent in the industry work at TVTY. With our recent funding and these top hires, we’re able to keep driving innovation in moment marketing and help brands reach consumers at the right time.”

The appointments follow the recent  announcement that TVTY raised $6.7M (€6M) to fund further expansion of the business. Serena Capital led the round, with TVTY’s previous investors Partech International and 360 Capital Partners also contributing.

TVTY operates a moment marketing platform that lets advertisers instantly launch digital marketing campaigns triggered by offline events such as TV shows or commercials, sports events, and changes in the weather. It is used by both brands and agencies in more than 40 different countries worldwide. Customers include Sony, Intel, Tesco, O2, GSK, Volkswagen and Nationwide.

Moment marketing is undergoing explosive growth. In December 2015, Warc and Deloitte identified moment marketing as one of the top global marketing trends for the forthcoming year and 81% of digital marketing managers say they have launched moment marketing campaigns in the past 12 months.

TVTY has led the market, helping advertisers launch more targeted moment marketing campaigns more quickly at scale and expanding the triggers used to launch campaigns. TVTY’s Universal Trigger lets brands use any public or private data feed to launch hyper-targeted moment marketing campaigns. Triggers can include, for example, real-time flight information, stock levels, box-office sales or public transport delays and can be as granular as desired.
