iotec Snaps Up Former DataXu’s VP as Their New Chief Revenue Officer

London  – Intent marketing specialist iotec announces the appointment of its Chief Revenue Officer, Martin Brown.

Martin brings with him over 14 years of expertise in adtech and native digital advertising having worked in London, Sydney and New York. Having spent time working for the Yahoo! commercial team in APAC, Martin returned to London to take up a senior position within their EMEA organisation. In 2011, he moved into the nascent programmatic marketing space, joining DataXu as Vice President and Managing Director in the EMEA region. There he led a team that developed market leading innovation in advertising technology, working with marketers and media agencies to deliver data driven advertising solutions.

After three years he moved to New York to run DataXu’s East Coast operation where he led the commercial expansion of the region as Senior Vice President of global sales.

Over the past year, Martin has been a managing partner at a specialist adtech consultancy in London, helping brands create rigorous technology selection programs and effective programmatic strategies.

Within his new role at iotec Martin will focus on developing the business and expanding the profile of the company internationally.
