Adglow Welcomes New VP of Sales Glen Blake

With over 20 years experience in digital sales and media, Glen will identify new opportunities for growth for the global social advertising company within the UK.

Glen previously managed commercial and operations teams for Madison Logic, an ABM Company, and Outbrain’s business development team.

London, UK: Adglow the world’s leading social advertising specialist, has announced the appointment of Glen Blake as UK VP of Sales. He joins the team from Madison Logic, and previously Outbrain, and will focus on establishing and growing revenue for the group.

Adglow was formed in 2016 when ADTZ, one of Spain’s social media advertising leaders in Southern Europe and Latin America, acquired Glow Digital Media Ltd., a leading social advertising firm in the English-speaking market. Glen Blake is the latest hire to join the global company following the appointment of Phil Haslehurst to lead its new international marketing team earlier this year.

Glen started his career in sales for Ziff Davis publishing, and went on to manage the commercial aspects of a number of specialist digital properties including VNUnet and the UK launch of the Computerworld brand for IDG.

He went on to specialise in establishing and growing revenue for new and emerging businesses who operated in the performance marketing, affiliate, native advertising and video syndication space. Glen was a senior member of the International team at Tradedoubler before running the UK division of video syndication company Preview Networks.

Most recently Glen was part of the UK business development team at Outbrain before he was asked to manage the commercial and operations teams of the International group at Madison Logic – an ABM company.

In his new role at Adglow Glen will focus on establishing and growing revenue for the group within the UK. Working closely with the senior management team, he will identify opportunities for growth and promote sales excellence for the local team.
