Louise Briggs, previously the head of Sales and Account Management will be promoted to the Director Business Operations and Emma Hazlehurst, previously the head of Strategic Solutions, will now assume the role of Director of Business Development.
Louise and Emma both joined the team in 2014. Together, they have significant tenure in the ad tech industry, helping clients such as eBay, Ford, O2 and Microsoft build and grow their businesses by leveraging best-in-breed data and technology solutions.

In her new role, Louise will continue to be responsible for sales and account management, but will broaden her responsibilities to include operations overall. Louise will bear strategic responsibility for crafting the go-to-market strategy in the UK for the combined capabilities of RhythmOne and RadiumOne in the UK market. Her role’s emphasis will be on helping clients navigate the advertising ecosystem by developing transparent, brand-safe solutions that leverage proprietary creative, data, insight and activation technology.
Emma Hazlehurst will now lead the division servicing publishers in the UK. She will focus on continuing the roll out RadiumOne’s sharing, dark social and web analytics tools, and develop new and innovative strategies to enhance ReadiumOne’s partner ecosystem. On the demand side, she will be tasked with helping agencies and clients gain transparency and insight into the full customer journey and how signals across paid, earned, owned and shared media can drive engagement and value for advertisers.
The strengthening of the UK leadership team follows RhythmOne’s acquisition of certain assets of RadiumOne and is part of the Company’s overall strategy to enhance its international capabilities and servicing.
