ANA Vice Chair and Former McDonald’s CMO will bring expertise on future of media to Mediaocean board
NEW YORK – Mediaocean, the world’s leading software provider for the advertising industry, announced that Deborah Wahl has been elected to the company’s board of directors. “I am excited to join Mediaocean’s board and to work with Bill and the other board members during such a transformational time for advertisers”
A 25-year marketing industry veteran, Ms. Wahl brings extensive marketing and advertising experience to Mediaocean, with such notable accomplishments as helping jumpstart McDonald’s turnaround with the launch of the All-Day Breakfast initiative, as well as selecting and establishing a modern agency model for the company. Prior to McDonald’s, Ms. Wahl was SVP & CMO of the home builder PulteGroup Inc., where she established innovative branding practices and established core digital strategies to drive shareholder return. She joined PulteGroup following a successful stint in the automotive industry with brands including Chrysler, Ford Lexus and Toyota.

“I am excited to join Mediaocean’s board and to work with Bill and the other board members during such a transformational time for advertisers,” said Wahl. “Brands, agencies, broadcasters, MVPDs and technology partners are coming together to address new media consumption behaviors and the resulting data fragmentation. Ms. Wahl earned an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a Master of International Studies from the Lauder Institute.
