Inskin Media Promotes from Within to Support Company Growth

– Evan Russell becomes Commercial Director
– Julia Burton-Brown becomes International Sales Director
– Matthew Newcomb becomes Group Publisher Director
– Bart Dabrowski becomes Creative Director

Inskin Media, the international advertising technology business, has announced some significant team changes to provide the most effective structure to support its evolving business.

Evan Russell, who has led the UK commercial team over the past six years, has been promoted to the new role of Commercial Director, responsible for coordinating all revenue activity across the globe, including new markets, new and different agency relationships, and direct brand client activity.

Inskin’s international business, based in London, continues to expand, registering over 70% increase in turnover in H1 2018 v H1 2017. New business from hubs in Paris and Amsterdam has contributed to the overall growth. This impressive international profile is led by Julia Burton-Brown, International Sales Director. Under the new structure, she has been promoted to cover Germany.  The commercial team in Hamburg will now report directly to Julia.

Creative Solutions expertise is at the very heart of Inskin’s commercial offering, recognised by inclusion in the recent TLA Creative Tech 100 List. The in-house Creative Solutions and Design teams, which focus on developing new products for brand advertisers and publishers, are now led by Bart Dabrowski, who has been promoted to the role of Creative Director. Bart has been with Inskin for over seven years and has a wealth of experience building innovative campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands, matching creative flair with technological innovation.

Matt Newcomb, who established Inskin’s successful business in Australia has recently returned to the UK. With Matt at the helm, the Australian office achieved huge growth over the past three years, contributing 20% of Inskin’s total revenue and representing the company’s largest non-UK market. Matt will now apply considerable skills to the role of Group Publisher Director, based in London, to work with Inskin’s publisher teams worldwide. High quality publisher partners are the key to Inskin’s business: Matt’s experience, not only at Inskin but previously at News, Fairfax and other international publishers, will be a great asset in continuing to build Inskin’s global reach.

Hugo Drayton, Inskin’s CEO commented: “It is a great testament to Inskin’s growing and maturing business that we are able to make a series of key internal promotions.  Evan, Julia, Bart and Matt have already contributed significantly to Inskin’s evolution. They are all superbly equipped to take on these important senior roles to help drive the expansion of Inskin worldwide.”
