The Trade Desk Appoints Shelley Zajic as Chief Talent Officer

Global Talent and Hiring Executive to Support Company’s Rapid Global Growth

LOS ANGELES — Global advertising technology leader The Trade Desk (Nasdaq:TTD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Zajic as Chief Talent Officer. Shelley will be based in Ventura, CA, and lead the company’s talent acquisition efforts around the world.

Shelley brings more than 25 years of talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership experience to The Trade Desk. Previously, she served as Global Head of Human Resources at the Patrón Spirits Company. In that role, Shelley led all facets of global HR, including talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, and employee experience programs. She also oversaw the integration of human resources during the company’s sale to Bacardi Ltd. in a $5.1 billion transaction. Prior to Patrón, Shelley held human resource leadership roles at Apollo Education Group, Schottenstein Stores Corporation, and UnitedHealth Group, among others.
