Ben Walmsley is the Regional VP for Northern Europe at Sizmek. He is a champion for online advertising having frequently spoken about the value that the industry brings. As an ad tech provider with a broad mix of consumer and B2B clients, Walmsley is often called upon to educate marketers on the different tools available. However, he also feels that educating consumers and policymakers about the online advertising ecosystem is vitally important. This is why Walmsley was involved in the creation of the IAB’s Data Deal report and 2014s Parliament and Internet Conference, where he communicated the values and efforts of the industry.
