Paul has over a decade of direct marketing experience in many facets of online advertising. After going down with the ship at the accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, Paul decided to test his startup legs at a company called Performics, where he helped grow the company into one of the largest Affiliate and Search marketing companies in the US before being acquired by DoubleClick. From there he moved into Lead Generation where he helped co-found a company that ended up becoming one of the largest incentivized lead generation platforms in the space (yes... "Get Your Free iPod!" was him). He most recently comes to Chango from Dotomi, after having been successfully acquired by ValueClick, where he was the strategic support arm in the Media and Analytics division. Paul is based in Toronto.
