Tracy began her career in radio, launching large broadcast efforts for clients including radio, TV, news-print, and OOH (out of home) media. She then left the media buying side to run online marketing and media strategy for both private brands and agencies, where she found the lack of track-ability in media to be more than frustrating.
This background led Tracy to a career in marketing attribution. She has worked in the attribution field since its infancy, helping organizations thread together user paths and algorithmic data to find actionable business insights. Tracy is passionate about the science and technology behind attribution, as well as the art of media strategy. She holds a BA in journalism from Biola University and is currently Director of Client Services at Conversion Logic.
