NEW YORK – interCLICK, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCBB: ICLK), a leading behavioral targeting company, announced that it increased its 2009 revenue forecast for the second time this year. The Company now expects revenue to be over $40 million, which would represent an increase of at least 80% compared to 2008 revenue of $22.4 million. Previously, the Company expected 2009 full-year revenue to exceed $36 million, which would represent 60% year-over-year revenue growth. interCLICK increased its forecast due to strong demand from advertisers shifting budget towards ROI centric solutions. Gross margin is expected to be at or above the first quarter 2009 level of 47%.

Recently, the Company reported record 2009 first quarter revenue of $8.4 million. Net income of $0.03 million in the 2009 first quarter was the first profitable quarter for the Company.
