The Web Analytics Association turns to 4Q from iPerceptions to bolster web experience and learn from visitors and members
NEW YORK – iPerceptions Inc. (TSX.V:IPE), a leading provider of voice-of-customer web analytics, announced that the Web Analytics Association (WAA) has launched its 4Q website survey solution developed in collaboration with noted web analytics author and blogger Avinash Kaushik. The WAA is using the free solution to tap into the voices of site visitors and members at www.webanalyticsassociation.org and measure whether it is delivering a meaningful user experiences online. With iPerceptions, the WAA aims to learn about its online audiences, including purpose-of-visit, task completion rates, and overall satisfaction with their online experience, as well as optimize its website based on structured and open-ended feedback
“As a valued and impactful voice in the web analytics industry, we hope to be the number one source of information and best serve those who come to our site”, said Daniel Waisberg, Co-Chair of Marketing and Membership for the Web Analytics Association. “4Q is a great way to listen to our visitors and incorporate their feedback on our site. As our voice of customer data poured in, we gained a world of insights that we simply had no access to before we used the 4Q survey.”
The WAA is using the 4Q survey to pinpoint primary data on visitor intent and task completion, which will inform an upcoming site redesign. Specifically, the organization will focus on several key areas, including membership, user interface / navigation, its jobs section, as well as industry and organization content as a whole on the site. Using the insights garnered from the 4Q survey, the WAA will then work to improve the online experience for their members and visitors.
“It is an honor to be selected as the vehicle to provide the Voice of Customer information to the Web Analytics Association’s leadership team,” said Claude Guay, President and CEO of iPerceptions. “4Q provides organizations and businesses with a powerful template for improvement based on the conversations it creates with actual users. We are excited to partner with them in understanding how to best serve their visitors and to ensure that members and the general public can easily and effectively achieve all they came to the site to do.”
About 4Q
Launched in March 2008, 4Q helps companies understand why and how people interact with their websites by asking the 4 most important survey questions:
* What are my visitors at my website to do?
* Are they completing what they set out to do?
* If not, why not?
* How satisfied are my visitors?
Companies can also choose to include additional survey questions on path to site and frequency, gaining the ability to segment responses by visitor group and type. 4Q requires a single line of code and can be installed in minutes on any website. All surveys are permission-based and employ a two-stage invitation process that minimizes session interruptions. A real-time results dashboard is available 24/7 through a secure online reporting tool to help 4Q users use their findings to make website changes that engage, retain, and convert more visitors.
