Microsoft Online Ad Vet David Coburn Joins MediaTrust as Head of Product

Will Handle Product Roadmap, Best Practices and Customer Satisfaction For Performance Marketing Platform

In addition to driving the roadmap for future MediaTrust product releases, Coburn’s responsibilities include implementing best practices for web services and platform development and playing a key role in customer satisfaction. He will be based in MediaTrust’s Santa Barbara office.

At Microsoft, Coburn was most recently director, product management, for AdECN Exchange, the company’s auction-based ad marketplace for online publishers and advertisers. He had previously served as director, monetization and advertising for Office Live, Microsoft’s document storage and sharing service. He began in Microsoft’s Platform Windows Planning Group before moving to the Office New Markets Group. Coburn holds a BA from the University of California – Berkeley, and a Master in Business Administration, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington, Seattle.
