XtremeSignPost Announced Strategic Partnerships at CES 2011 to Use Their Patented Consumer-Based Advertising System for RFID Interactive Music

XtremeSignPost’s RFID based advertising system shares consumer experiences using cell phones, concert memorabilia products (postcards, hats, shirts), CDs, social networks, photos, and videos

2011 International CES
LAS VEGAS & DAVIS, Calif. – Grammy winner Patti Austin, ADPublishing.org, and XtremeSignPost, Inc. announced a strategic alliance to develop a mobile, social, entertainment experience network. The companies are developing an integrated system for consumer-oriented advertising that is based around XtremeSignPost’s U.S. patent 7843334 that was issued November 30, 2010 entitled “Method to promote and distribute multimedia content using radio frequency identification tags.”

The system promotes customer-based advertising through the sharing of consumer experiences using SMS, instant messaging, email, or social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. In this process, RFID-enabled cell phones such as the newly released Nexus S running on Google’s Android 2.3 are used to recall and share consumer experiences from personalized RFID-tagged items. Patti Austin, ADPublishing.org, and XtremeSignPost, Inc. have teamed together to promote RFID Interactive Music, mentoring, and the creation of a million Bulacards for education. XtremeSignPost’s technology allows the audience to actively participate in an event and share it on the “The Internet of Experiences.” In their process, the audience simultaneously experiences and records an event. Using RFID-enabled cell phones the information or links to the information are directly written on to RFID-tagged items such as tickets, postcards (Bulacards), hats, or shirts. At a later point in time, immediately, or any time in the future, the concert experience can be recalled, replayed, and shared by placing the phones near the personalized RFID-tagged products. The goals of the corporate collaboration are to establish a mobile, social, artistic form of expression and leveraging this technology to improve mentoring and education.

“I am at CES 2011 in Las Vegas looking for new ideas and mobile devices. I can’t wait to go to a Patti Austin concert and then share it on The Internet of Experiences,” stated Dr. Monto Kumagai, CEO and President of XtremeSignPost, Inc. “If we are going to influence this generation and vastly decrease the dropout rate we need to embrace the technology that they use,” says Patti Austin. “I’m excited about the limitless possibilities of our collaboration.”
