RAMP Adds Key Marketing & Sales Executives to Support Aggressive Growth

Allyson Pelletier joins RAMP as Vice President Marketing, Blake Karpe joins as Vice President Sales

BOSTON – RAMP, the industry’s leading provider of next generation video and search experiences for major online media publishers and enterprises, announced important additions to the executive team to support aggressive growth plans. Allyson Pelletier has joined as Vice President of Marketing, and Blake Karpe has joined as Vice President of Sales.

Allyson is responsible for all of RAMP’s brand marketing, campaign development, and demand generation activities. Before joining RAMP, she held various product management and marketing roles at Woburn-based LogMeIn, including VP of Segment Marketing, head of international marketing, and Senior Product Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for bringing the company’s tablet and smartphone app, LogMeIn Ignition, to market in 2008. Prior to LogMeIn, Allyson held various leadership positions in product management and marketing at Kadient (now Qvidian).

Blake leads RAMP’s worldwide sales organization and is responsible for growing the company’s global customer base and driving revenue. He has over 20 years of experience in Enterprise and Media sales, including sales leadership roles at Fast Search & Transfer, Computer Associates, cXense, SupportSoft and Stamps.com. Most recently, Blake was GM & SVP of cXense’s North American operations where he was responsible for the company’s field operations and successfully growing the company’s customer and revenue base. At Fast Search & Transfer Blake was VP & GM of the Media business and helped grow the business from $5M to $120M in annual revenue.

These hirings follows RAMP’s strong success in 2012, including reaching profitability and a $15 Million Series C growth financing in September 2012 led by New York’s StarVest Partners.

“Both Blake and Allyson bring terrific backgrounds and experience to the RAMP team, and we are proud of the fact that we continue to be able to attract such deep talent at the company,” said Tom Wilde, RAMP CEO. “Following our successful growth financing last year, we are in a very good position to scale our sales and marketing efforts to drive profitable growth going forward.”
