The sales and marketing team will lead national and regional advertising campaigns for ChaCha and Social Reactor, a social engagement platform and wholly owned subsidiary of ChaCha.

A veteran of digital media sales, Marc Gordonson draws from over 17 years of experience driving engagement strategies for Fortune 500 brands. Most recently, as director of sales at MyLikes Social Media, he led launch campaigns for brands such as ABC, CBS, NBC, Sony and Universal. Previously, as the director of sales for rich media leader Interpolls, Gordonson spearheaded the implementation of innovative technologies resulting in award-winning creative executions for Sony, Fox, Disney, NBC/Universal and Lionsgate. Gordonson is based in ChaCha’s Los Angeles office.
Monica Thomas Kamradt’s track record of success includes 16 years of experience in media and publishing. Prior to joining ChaCha, Kamradt managed digital and print sales at Reader’s Digest as the Midwest and Western sales director. Before joining Reader’s Digest, she was a senior account executive at iVillage, NBCUniversal, Inc. where she led digital campaigns and consumer research initiatives. Previously, she held sales director positions at Stack Media and Rodale’s Men’s Health and Women’s Health. Kamradt is based in ChaCha’s Chicago office.
With more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing, Elana Miller is a seasoned digital strategist and sales director with an extensive record of selling custom, integrated marketing programs in online, mobile and social media. Before joining ChaCha, Miller served as director of sales at Warner Brothers Entertainment Group selling and managing online and mobile campaigns across Flixster Entertainment, including Rotten Tomatoes.com and Flixster Mobile. Prior to joining Warner Brothers, she held sales director positions at Slide and Consumer Markets. Miller will be based in Seattle.
Thom Geraghty has driven strategic campaigns for premium brands across a variety of vertical markets in his over ten years of experience in media and publishing. As director of integrated marketing at ChaCha, Geraghty develops multi-platform solutions for major accounts, overseeing creative and branding direction for the company. Prior to joining ChaCha, he served as digital marketing lead for Healthline Networks, Inc. Geraghty has also held senior integrated marketing management positions with Rodale’s Prevention and Time Inc.’s Real Simple. Geraghty is based in ChaCha’s New York office.
