zanox Completes the Acquisition of Digital Window

Berlin/London – zanox, the leading European performance advertising network, has completed the acquisition of Digital Window Ltd., the holding company of the multi-award winning UK affiliate network Affiliate Window, by acquiring the remaining 49.9 percent of shares.

The acquisition process started in 2009 with the two zanox shareholders Axel Springer and PubliGroupe purchasing a 50.1 percent stake in Digital Window. In 2010, the two companies consolidated their majority shareholding in Digital Window into their joint subsidiary zanox.
