Dentsu Aegis Network announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Socializer S.A. (“Socializer”), the leading social media group in Poland. Socializer will be integrated into the Isobar brand, part of Dentsu Aegis Network in Poland.
Founded in 2011, the Socializer group, incorporating the three brands of Socializer, Lubię to and Socialformance, provides a full range of outstanding capabilities in social media, including strategy development, advertising creative and marketing activations, paid advertising, research and performance analytics tools, as well as apps and games development. Led by CEO Łukasz Misiukanis and located in Warsaw and Białystok, the 130 specialists at Socializer provide social media expertise to clients such as H&M, Microsoft, AVON, Bacardi, Play and Red Bull Mobile. Łukasz Misiukanis will hold the position of Vice President of Isobar Poland and continue to lead his team as Social & Media Director at Isobar Poland.
