Warsaw, Poland – Adform (www.adform.com), Europe’s leading advertising technology platform, announced the opening of a new office in Warsaw, to capitalise on the rapidly growing programmatic marketplace in Poland. The company now operates locally serviced offices in 15 European markets and the US.
Bartosz Malinowski, Business Development Director, is Adform’s first hire in Poland, however, significant expansion of the team is planned to take place by the end of the year. Malinowski will work with new and existing clients, including media agencies, trading desks, advertisers and publishers, to boost the company’s growth across the region.
Malinowski joins Adform from Adobe, where he held roles responsible for the management of direct sales, channel partners, marketing and PR projects in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Turkey. His previous roles include positions within the project implementation and sales departments at IBM. He brings industry experience, technology expertise and an entrepreneurial attitude.
“The Polish market has evolved to the stage where programmatic buying ceased to be an experiment at the agency level and became an important channel for ad buying. According to the latest Adkontekst report, 25% of agencies perceive RTB as a marketing priority for 2014. Still, the key for RTB to become successful is achieving critical mass on the supply side; therefore Adform’s priorities in Poland would be to get as much traction at the publisher level as possible,” notes Malinowski.
