DALLAS – Jericho Systems Corporation, developer of sophisticated content filtering and data security solutions, has received issuance notification from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of patent number 8,745,046, “Method and System for Selecting Advertisements to Be Presented to a Viewer.” This patent is a continuation of earlier Jericho patents.
“This new patent affirms EnterSpace® Decisioning Service’s ability to dynamically provide optimal marketing messages to a customer”
“This new patent affirms EnterSpace® Decisioning Service’s ability to dynamically provide optimal marketing messages to a customer,” said David Staggs, CTO of Jericho Systems.
The patented process chooses and prioritizes personalized, digital advertising content based on history, preferences, and characteristics of the viewer. The advertising content, including text, images, and multimedia, is chosen for its relevancy to the viewer at that particular time. A “feedback loop” incorporates the viewer’s current selection into the evaluation of future requests.
“Jericho is pleased that the USPTO recognizes the value of EnterSpace Decisioning Service’s contextual data filtering for real-time targeted marketing,” said Brynn Mow CEO.
