Acquisition Aligns Wingify’s Visual Website Optimizer, Market Leading A/B Testing Platform with the Largest Community of UX Designers
Provides Brands an Endless Stream of Insights and Expertise for Improving Website Sales and Conversions
New Delhi, India – Wingify, a pioneer in website testing and developer of Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), a leading website A/B testing solution used by thousands of marketers worldwide, today announced the acquisition of Concept Feedback, a leading community and resource for locating and contracting with website design and user experience (UX) experts that is used by brand marketers to increase conversion rates.
As part of the acquisition, Concept Feedback’s offering will be gradually integrated with the VWO website testing platform, with Concept Feedback continuing to operate independently. Concept Feedback aligns with VWO’s flagship feature IdeaFactory, which is a curated library of more than 300 testing ideas and case studies for website optimization and conversion tracking. Concept Feedback will provide a similar functionality, enabling VWO’s customers to tap into expertise and new ideas from thousands of UX designers.
“VWO was built to remove the barrier of technical expertise limitations in website testing, a major pain point for any brand looking to optimize their business online,” said Paras Chopra, CEO at Wingify. “As brand marketers begin to realize there is a quick and easy way to perform optimization tests, their next logical step is to expand into new test areas, as we’ve seen with the emerging ‘Power Tester’ class – people who consistently launch multiple website tests per month to increase conversions and revenue.”
Aligning Concept Feedback with VWO and IdeaFactory will bring an endless supply of new ideas, best practices and expertise from carefully vetted design and testing experts to the table for VWO’s clients. Having website optimization ‘always-on’ democratizes the process, allowing brands of all sizes to have the same success as those with massive marketing budgets.
Concept Feedback gives brands access to more than 26,000 website design experts instantly, to receive recommendations in how to improve a variety of website elements to more efficiently achieve online business goals. Brands can engage with and utilize these experts for feedback on website design, usability, copy, strategy and a variety of other elements that impact brands’ ability to covert business online.
“Concept Feedback is at the forefront of the website design community,” said Andrew Follett, founder and CEO of Concept Feedback. “Over the past 5 years, we’ve built a trusted resource that fulfills an unmet need for brands—access to experts that can provide third-party and objective feedback in support of their website goals. Having our community under the Wingify banner and aligned with VWO and IdeaFactory is a logical step for us because of our shared vision to improve the access to ideation and best practices for elevating brands’ website performance.”
Wingify’s acquisition of Concept Feedback comes at time when brand marketers are struggling to design long-term A/B testing plans. Data from Wingify shows that the majority of marketers seek out A/B testing to improve website conversions, yet the biggest barrier to implementing those tests is lack of testing focus areas. With VWO and Concept Feedback, brand marketers and executives tasked with conversion rate optimization have access to new ideas instantly.
