San Francisco, Calif. – Swrve, the leader in mobile marketing automation, today announced the world’s first Open Platform for mobile marketing automation.Already known for mobile-first campaigns increasing in-app revenues by up to 50%, doubling day-one retention rates and delivering major improvements in app store ratings, Swrve now provides real-time data sharing between the most used marketing technologies.
The new platform supports full bi-directional, real-time data sharing between the Swrve Open Platform and other marketing technology solutions. Key partners also announced today include Marketo, which can now pass information seamlessly between web and email marketing programs and Swrve, and Tableau, which integrates industry-leading data visualization into mobile marketing campaigns.
“Most CMOs know they need to have a mobile strategy as part of a comprehensive omni-channel marketing plan,” said Christopher Dean, CEO of Swrve. “With Swrve’s new Open Platform, app and digital marketers will find it easy to integrate Swrve with their existing marketing technology systems.”
Other participants in the Swrve Open Platform include marketing automation pioneer Eloqua, TUNE for mobile apps measurement analytics, AppsFlyer for tracking, marketing activation platform Lytics, Converser for mobile relationship management, Nexmo for SMS and voice communication, mobile download tracking company AdX, and mobile attribution & intelligence provider Apsalar, among many others.
“We’re seeing the demand for consumer marketing teams to incorporate the mobile apps channel into cross-channel campaigns. We’re excited to be working with Swrve to deliver this capability to our customers”, said Robin Bordoli, general manager of consumer marketing at Marketo. “Swrve data provides detailed, granular views of the mobile customer and how they are engaging inside the mobile app. That in turn means customers can execute campaigns using the Marketo Engagement Marketing platform that are be triggered by mobile events, and deliver campaigns through mobile channels such as push notifications.”
The move means that all mobile events and data recorded by Swrve can be synchronized into other marketing platforms, data analysis and visualization tools or central marketing systems of record used by mobile and online marketers. As a result, mobile data and events related to specific consumers, can become part of the existing marketing intelligence system.
“Tableau is the leading solution when it comes to visualizing your business data, seeing patterns and identifying trends,” said Hilary Feier, Senior Director, Global Strategic Alliances at Tableau. “In today’s business climate, that has to include mobile data, so we’re delighted to integrate with Swrve and make detailed data on mobile app usage available to analysts and decision makers.”
In addition, the Swrve platform itself is now able to consume and process external data, such as that collected in traditional online environments, for rich targeting of mobile campaigns, including in-app messages, push notifications, and native app content personalization. As mobile becomes the mainstream channel to reach consumers, these campaigns become central to customer lifecycle management – the process of building long-term, profitable relationships with consumers.
