SocialWire Introduces New Automated Ad Platform; Improves ROI of Product Ads on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest

SocialWire Rebrands as Manifest; Helps Retailers Identify Which Products in Their Catalog to Highlight

SAN FRANCISCO – SocialWire, a San Francisco-based marketing automation company, today re-brands as Manifest and announces the immediate availability of a new multi-channel product ad platform that enables retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Gilt and Choxi to drive incremental revenue by promoting their catalogs on Google and Facebook. Manifest will also be rolling out an Ads API integration with Pinterest shortly.

“Manifest’s unique technology has helped automate and scale our marketing efforts. Using their platform, we’ve discovered new products and categories that resonate with consumers, enabling us to expand our campaigns, increase conversion, and grow our business”

Manifest helps online retailers with large or frequently-changing product catalogs identify which products the market will respond to and subsequently highlight “the winners” in product ads. Manifest is different than other ad platforms in that it is focused on helping consumers discover new products vs. urging them to buy products in which they had previously expressed interest.

“Unlike retargeting companies, we are helping retailers grow sales by exposing their customers to new products,” said Bob Buch, CEO of Manifest. “Retargeting makes sense when a customer is already on the website, but what retailers really want is growth and incremental sales. They have so much gold hidden in their catalogs – we give them a scalable way to realize the full potential of that asset.”

Prior to Manifest, retailers were forced to use multiple disconnected tools for search, social advertising and retargeting. Manifest combines a retailer’s product feed with its proprietary Matching Engine to automatically identify which products will fare best among specific groups of customers. The Manifest platform is constantly performing thousands of micro-tests to verify viability of each product, and automatically scales the best performing product ads across all channels.

“Manifest’s unique technology has helped automate and scale our marketing efforts. Using their platform, we’ve discovered new products and categories that resonate with consumers, enabling us to expand our campaigns, increase conversion, and grow our business,” said Geoffrey Sanders, VP Paid Media, Gilt

As Buy Buttons on Google, Facebook and Pinterest increase in popularity there will be an increased need for accurate, automated product data. Buy buttons make it easier than ever for end users to make purchases right from product ads, but the retailers still need to get the right products in front of the right users. Manifest has been building a product graph over the last three years to solve this problem for the retail industry.

Manifest is immediately available in both a self-service or managed- service model. Pricing is based on the amount of ad spend that clients direct via the platform.

To date, retailers on the first generation Manifest platform, which focused exclusively on Facebook and was managed-service only, have optimized over 14 million products in four billion ads to generate over $70 Million in ROI-positive revenue.
