Idaho Innovation Awards honor Sandpoint-based mobile company with prestigious award for innovation
SANDPOINT, Idaho – Kochava (www.kochava.com), the leader in mobile attribution analytics and optimization, announced that it was named Innovative Company of the Year at the tenth annual Idaho Innovation Awards.
“This award is particularly compelling for Kochava because of the tie to Idaho”
“For ten years, the Idaho Innovation Awards have served as a catalyst to bringing important recognition to the impressive innovators and innovative accomplishments in Idaho,” said Brian Larsen, Stoel Rives corporate partner and 2015 Idaho Innovation Awards chairman. “The winners and finalists symbolize an unbiased endorsement by our community’s business leaders,” said Larsen.
The Idaho Innovation Awards recognize innovative accomplishments in four categories: Commercialized Innovation of the Year, Early-Stage Innovation of the Year, Innovative Company of the Year and Innovator of the Year. This year, the awards were presented by Stoel Rives LLP, Kickstand and Idaho Technology Council (ITC), and supported by Deloitte. The winners and finalists were honored at an awards presentation during the Idaho Technology Council’s sixth annual Hall of Fame Celebration at Boise Centre. More than 800 individuals from Idaho’s business and academic communities attended the event.
“The Kochava team works tirelessly to innovate and push the envelope, anticipating the evolving needs of our customers while providing the highest level of customer support,” said Charles Manning, Kochava CEO. “Winning the Innovative Company of the Year award is a testament to the hard work and out of the box thinking of our team.”
“This award is particularly compelling for Kochava because of the tie to Idaho,” added Manning. “We are proud to live and work in Sandpoint and we’re honored our fellow Idahoans recognize the impact of the work we are doing. In addition to the money we bring into our local economy through jobs and as a result of the international mobile events we host, we also sponsor local events and charities, including the Sandpoint Scenic Half Marathon, the annual Festival of Trees to benefit Kinderhaven, and the Panhandle Alliance for Education. Kochava team members are also active contributors to our community, most recently coaching a Cyber Patriots youth team for the national competition on cyber security.”
