Industry Veteran Will Oversee Company’s Continuing Evolution Into DMP 2.0
NEW YORK, NY – Lotame, the world’s leading independent cross-screen data management platform (DMP), announced Mike Woosley’s hiring as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Woosley will be based in Lotame’s Columbia, Maryland, office and will report directly to Lotame CEO Andy Monfried in the company’s New York City headquarters.

Woosley joins Lotame with more than 15 years of executive and operational experience in the technology industry. Previously, he was part of the founding management team of Videology, a video advertising platform for converged TV across screens, serving as COO from 2008 to 2012, and as CFO from 2012 to 2014. During his tenure with Videology, Woosley oversaw Videology’s growth from zero to over $200M in annual sales. In addition, he spearheaded the company’s operational expansion in approximately 20 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, while helping raise approximately $150M in equity capital and $65M in debt capital.
Prior to Videology, Woosley was Chief Financial Officer of Advertising.com from its founding, working with Monfried and contributing to its rapid growth and sale to Time Warner in August of 2004.
