Bidtellect Appoints Former Hooklogic Executive Kimberly Bambach as Chief Financial Officer

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – Bidtellect, the Native platform built for marketers, announced the appointment of Kimberly Bambach, former executive at Hooklogic, as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. With more than twenty years of media, technology and startup experience, Bambach will oversee Bidtellect’s financial and business operations, strategically positioning the company for its next phase of significant growth. In this role, she will be responsible for Financial Operations, Financial Planning, Accounting, Human Resources and Legal, and will report into the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Lon Otremba.

Prior to joining Bidtellect, Mrs. Bambach was CFO of Hooklogic, a leading data-driven tech platform for brands and eCommerce, where she helped transition their business from an early startup phase to substantial scale. She played a critical role in the company’s recent acquisition by Criteo, a publicly traded marketing technology company. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Bambach spent 10 years at United Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of E.W. Scripps, where she served in several financial and operational roles, and was CFO for Vindigo, Inc., a mobile application company, XpresSpa, a Spa/Retail start-up, and Jingle Networks.
