Ve Interactive appoints Stuart Chambers as Non-Executive Chairman

LONDON: Ve Interactive (“Ve”), a leading data company delivering enhanced website conversion and digital advertising on one technology platform, has announced the appointment of Stuart Chambers as Non-Executive Chairman.

Stuart brings a wealth of experience to Ve, having held executive roles at companies including Shell, Mars and Pilkington/NSG, where he was CEO for seven years, three of which were spent in Tokyo for NSG, the global Nikkei-listed glass company. Stuart has served as a non-executive director on seven plc boards, including as Chairman of Rexam plc and of ARM Holdings plc, one of the UK’s most successful technology companies, which was sold to Softbank in August 2016 for $32 billion. He is currently a member of the UK Takeover Panel and a visiting fellow at Oxford University.

Stuart will join the company on January 1st 2017.
