NEW YORK – Taboola, the leading discovery platform, announced a partnership with Entrepreneur Media, publisher of Entrepreneur magazine and Entrepreneur.com. Entrepreneur is also employing Taboola Audience Exchange with the goal of driving new audience growth outside of traditional audience sources.

Taboola partners with @Entrepreneur to grow #revenue and drive #engagement

Entrepreneur recently integrated Taboola’s predictive content recommendation engine across desktop and mobile experiences to serve high-quality editorial and video content. In an effort to boost on-site engagement and generate significant revenue streams for the publisher beyond traditional display advertising, Taboola is serving both paid recommendations from around the web, as well as organic recommendations keeping users engaged on site. Taboola’s integration across all platforms grew revenue by 34 percent since August when the partnership began, beating expectations.

Additionally, Entrepreneur properties also utilize Taboola’s “Audience Exchange”, which empowers publisher teams to strategically manage and optimize the flow of traffic across publisher partners’ properties. Entrepreneur is currently recommending content from VOX and other leading sites.

“We want to deliver reading experiences that are meaningful for our audiences and Taboola is the best partner for us to do that. We’ve worked hand in hand to ensure we are optimizing every placement in a way that is personalized and drives relevant engagement for our audiences,” said Bill Shaw, Chief Revenue Officer of Entrepreneur Media.

Taboola, which recently inked deals with NBCUniversal News Group, Boston.com and Media General, acts as a search engine in reverse. Instead of expecting people to search for information, Taboola helps information find people at the right time. Its predictive engine analyzes hundreds of real-time signals (including location, device type, referral source, social media trends and more) to match users with content they are most likely to be interested in consuming next, generating more than one billion clicks each month.

“In a world where everybody is fighting for users’ attention – the digital publishing landscape today is about personalization, deeper engagement, and developing audiences in a new way,” said Adam Singolda, founder and CEO at Taboola. “We are excited to develop our strategic work with the Entrepreneur team to drive engagement, audience growth and revenue in scale.”
